About AI Property Tools

AI Property Tools is a reference for landlords and property managers choosing software to collect rent, screen tenants, handle maintenance and keep the books, and for anyone trying to work out what the new AI features in that software actually do.

Vendor websites are written to sell, and most comparison pages in this market are written by vendors too. We collect the facts that decide a purchase (what each plan costs at your unit count, which fees tenants or owners pay, what is free, which plan includes the AI features) from each vendor's own pages, record where every fact came from and when we checked it, and publish the result in tables you can check yourself.

What we don't do

• We don't claim to have run properties on every product. Our comparisons are desk research from vendor pricing pages, documentation, help centers and public records, and we say so.
• We don't give legal, tax or financial advice. Check leases, screening practices and contracts with your own advisers.
