Is Buildium's AI any good?

We haven't tested Buildium's AI, so we can't tell you how accurate it is. What we can check is what Buildium documents: 6 AI tools on its own pages, and for 3 of them, the plan that includes them. Buildium AI Assistant comes with Essential, the cheapest plan. Buildium fits owners and managers of residential or association portfolios who want AI tools and can accept starting-at pricing. Buildium doesn't say which plan includes AI Bill Scan, Write with Lumina AI and AI Summarization, so ask before you count on them.
